Educating For Eternity

“Educating For Eternity” is the goal at Milford Christian School.  MCS uses a traditional approach to education taught from a Christian worldview.  As a ministry of First Baptist Church of Milford, MCS strives to direct each student into a personal relationship with the Lord.

Founded in 1975, MCS has been faithful in training young people both for this life and eternity. Competition with other Christian schools in Bible, music, art, academics and sports helps to sharpen the skills of these students. MCS is a member of the American Association of Christian Schools and the Delaware Association of Christian Schools. Over 80% of the graduates go on to further their education.

The student-teacher ratio is kept at about 10 to 1 to enable the staff to be very involved in the education of each student. MCS is not designed to be a reform school but is set up to reinforce the values of Christian homes. Not all who apply can be accepted.

Small enough to be like family, yet large enough to be professional, MCS is “Educating for Eternity”.
